About Me
I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago with my mom, dad, and two brothers. I developed a love for art at a very young age from my father when he would make me drawings of my favorite animals. He has always been a creative person and that helped shape me and my own creativity. I always knew that I wanted to be an artist. Sports were also a huge part of my life, starting soccer at the age of 3 and still playing now. This sport has taught me so many lessons and has given me so many great opportunities, but the best one has been bringing me to SIU.
Today, I am currently studying in my third year of the design program here at SIU and have been apart of not only the Women's Soccer Team, but the Office of Associate Chancellor of Diversity design team for SIU's Diversity Week and current president of the American Institute of Graphic Artists (AIGA) RSO on campus.
